If you would like to return or exchange an item, please call us toll-free at 1.866.306.3842 or e-mail us at [email protected] for instructions on how to send the item(s) back and to request an RA number.

When contacting us, please provide us with your Sales Order (SO) number. You can find your SO number in the upper right hand corner of your packing list, or listed in Ref #2 on your FedEx or UPS shipping label.

Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or we originally shipped you an incorrect product.
